This design is good for repeating. Repeat the diamon in the center of the design for a snappy background. Bring the tips of the corners together for a nice medallion. The very center of this template very close to the corners on L2, and it can be repeated (can I say tesselated?) for a background. The little edging is handy on this design, but it isn't a great frame maker otherwise.
