This Handbook was part of the original SAR Catalog (long since a collector's item?). Don't be alarmed when you open the PDF file: there isn't anything wrong with your computer, the file was made in black and white for better print quality. It is in a two-column format, as the booklet was meant to be folded in half. The Handbook predates the Hasty Lace® templates, but you might find some useful papercrafting information in it.
